I paid, but the app says it is locked
Open Settings → Unlock everything and choose Restore a previous purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with — a purchase belongs to that account, not to the phone.
I got a new phone. Where is my study history?
Studiary keeps everything on the device, so history does not follow you automatically. Before switching, open Settings → Export every session as CSV and save the file somewhere. Your purchase does follow you — restore it as above.
I forgot to start the timer
On the Timer tab, tap Add time you forgot. Enter how long, pick the day, and it counts exactly the same as a timed session.
Does the timer keep running if I close the app?
Yes. It records when you started and works out the elapsed time from the clock, so locking your phone, switching apps, or closing Studiary entirely does not lose a second.
Why only three subjects on the free version?
Three is enough to use the app properly and decide whether it is worth paying for. Your history is never limited, never expires, and never locks — only the number of subjects does.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iPhone use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Google Play order history. If something is broken, email first and we will try to fix it.
